Data and rights

Privacy policy

This policy describes what data the site processes, why it processes it and how long it keeps it. It must be readable without any prior legal training.

In short: the site collects only what is needed to answer an access request, sets no advertising tracker, and keeps refused requests only as long as strictly necessary.

Personal data processed

The site processes the data you enter in the access request form — organisation, name, email address, context of the request — as well as the technical logs required to operate and secure the service.

Purposes

These data are used solely to process your request, to create named access if it is accepted and to keep the service secure. They are never sold and never used for advertising.

Retention period

Accepted requests are kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived for the statutory period. Refused requests are deleted once processing is complete, and at the latest six months after the reply.

Your rights as a data subject

Any data subject may ask for access to their data, for rectification, for erasure, or object to its processing. One request is enough, at the contact address below; the answer is provided within the statutory period.

Contact

For any question or request about personal data: contact@alpeia.ch. Requests are handled confidentially and documented.
